2) What can I expect to happen in an average session ?
Life coaching with Navigating the Heart can be experienced in person locally, or via telephone and Skype (locally and long distance). Sessions will generally meet for an hour, 1-2 times per week for the course of your coaching term. During your time with the coach the two of you will conduct sessions that may include (but aren’t limited to): general discussion, mapping out vision strategies, planning action strategies, foundation building sessions, practical application techniques and follow -up action steps.
3) How do I choose a coach?
Choosing a coach is a very personal decision to make. Each coach has a unique coaching style, training, experiences as well as being unique in their areas of expertise. Be sure that your coach is certified and that their approach and personality styles are fitting to you.
4) Why would I hire you?
As previously mentioned, choosing a coach is a personal decision that you must feel comfortable with. 5) How much does coaching cost?
Life coaching is a personal investment in yourself to ultimately enhance your quality of life. It’s a specialized service tailored to your personal needs. Depending on the organization, you will find that every coach has his or her own rate structure to suit the time and services rendered. On an average the cost begins at $80 per hour and can go up to $500 per hour or more. Be sure that you have clarity on pricing as it relates to your specific needs before your first session. If you are not familiar with life coaching, these numbers can seem intimidating, but remember you are worth the investment to live an abundant life.
